TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Anderton Pet Services cannot be held responsible for pets that bite, suffer accidental death or escape from faulty fencing or from inside the house due to faulty doors etc.
• APS (Anderton Pet Services) cannot be held responsible for any complications pets may suffer or actions of pets whilst they are unattended.
• APS shall not be held responsible for loss, injury or death of any pet that the client has left outside or has instructed APS to allow outside whilst sitter is not there, this includes pets with cat flaps, doggie doors and outdoor pets.
• The client will be responsible for all veterinary fees no matter how incurred whilst your pet is in sitters care. The client must provide current vet details in case of an emergency and those of someone trusted to make decisions on the client’s behalf if the client is not contactable.
• It is the client’s responsibility to provide enough pet food, litter for cat trays, doggie bags and necessary cleaning products, a charge will be added for the cost of any supplies that run out including a charge for petrol.
• Dogs will be walked on a one to one basis unless from the same family then two dogs can be walked together if well behaved on the lead.
• All dogs will be walked on a lead.
• APS is not responsible for any third party injury caused by the client’s pet.
• Bookings will not be taken for pets that show aggressive tendencies.
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure property, contents and pets are adequately insured throughout the duration of pet services.
• It is recommended the clients cat(s) are kept indoors whilst in APS care to ensure their health and safety, if the client prefers to allow the pet to have access to the outside APS cannot be held responsible for loss, injury or death.
• A free consultation must take place before bookings are made this is to determine your pets needs and gives an opportunity to meet your pet and gather as much information about them as possible to ensure the best service for their personal needs.
• Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer and is due at time of booking being made.
• There is no minimum or maximum booking, failure to give 48 hours’ notice of cancellation will result in the retention of 50% of fees by APS (except in exceptional circumstances).
• Late bookings made within 48 hours of commencement of service will not receive a refund if booking is cancelled.
